University 4.0: Concepts & Solutions for a “Smarter University“
S-U-F focuses on “Smart University” as an innovative holistic concept for expanding the understanding & implementation of new technologies, sustainability transformations, best academic practices, current trends in management, and quality for a better future of universities. It will feature a number of coordinated forums, presentations, reports, and panel discussion on topics of current interest regarding the future of universities.
A SMART UNIVERSITY
- A SMART UNIVERSITY is “A university which enhances the education, research, and work experience of stakeholders by incorporating innovative technologies, creative operations, higher quality and ranking standards, and cutting-edge governance for the betterment of the society at-large”
- A “Smart University” would identify astute and acceptable ways in which universities and their graduates can enhance the contributions they make to society, to a university’s cultural heritage and to the future of its wider community.
- A “Smart University” is not a destination, or a milestone. It is rather a continuation of the journey of progress of universities’ role to serve humanity.

- SUF22 is being planned to provide attendees with deeper understanding of the status of the “Smart University” concept, tools, ideas, and to discover more about new developments and innovations in the field. Technology alone will not lead to smart learning or smart universities.
- SUF25 will address this concept and will offer a new approach for the future. It is a “must attend” for university leaders and executives, higher education practitioners, technology providers, academics, higher education NGO directors, and consultants who have an interest in expanding their knowledge, or becoming active in this rapidly growing field.
